Job summary

Mason Technologies is seeking a System Administrator to join our on-site IT team in Deer Park, NY. This hands-on role focuses on end-user support, administering business systems, and maintaining technology platforms across the company.

You will manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and security tools, document procedures, and help scale IT operations as the company grows. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, working with users, and owning processes.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting end users in IT/help desk or admin roles.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience with Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, or related cloud tech.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline IT support and triage for end users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, access, and connectivity issues
• Administer user accounts, groups, permissions, and access controls
• Manage Microsoft 365 platforms including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, and SharePoint
• Maintain endpoint management, monitoring, and security tools
• Reset, rebuild, deploy, and maintain Windows devices
• Create and maintain technical documentation
