Job summary

Seamen’s Society for Children and Families in New York City seeks a Systems & Cloud Administrator to manage the Agency’s Microsoft cloud, identity, endpoint, and Windows systems. You will serve as Tier 2/3 escalation for Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and related services.

The role requires scripting, automation, and participation in technology projects, with a focus on security, recovery, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related discipline preferred.
• Three to five years of progressive technology support, systems administration, cloud administration, or related experience.
• At least two years of practical experience administering portions of a Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, or comparable Microsoft environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, mailboxes, licensing and permissions.
• Administer Entra ID identities, enterprise applications, MFA, SSO, and identity synchronization.
• Troubleshoot mail flow, collaboration, authentication, licensing, and access issues.
• Implement Conditional Access, authentication, identity protection, and access changes.
