CFS is seeking a Systems Administrator II to own Microsoft cloud environments, endpoints, identity, and Microsoft 365 services. The role emphasizes automation and PowerShell scripting to streamline operations, with opportunities to lead projects and influence modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft enterprise technology environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting, patch management, backup/recovery.
• Experience leading technology implementations, migrations, or improvements.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Windows endpoints, and device lifecycle management.
• Manage Azure resources, file services, backup solutions, and cloud infrastructure operations.
• Support and administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell automation and patch management processes.
• Lead infrastructure, cloud, identity, and endpoint-related projects.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support operational excellence across enterprise platforms.
