Job summary

UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, CO seeks a full-time onsite support professional for the Virtual Health Center PTT. The role covers clinical and technical real-time support in a fast-paced environment, with a 72-hour per pay period schedule and 7am–7:30pm shifts.

Pay ranges from $18.83 to $28.25 per hour, dependent on experience. BLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire; telemetry or CNA experience preferred. This is an onsite position with no remote option.

Qualifications

• BLS Healthcare Provider certification required within 30 days of hire; card must be valid through sixty days after hire.
• Preferred Telemetry or CNA experience.

Responsibilities

• Responds to clinical support requests and determines nature and scope of issues.
• Monitors clinical areas for equipment needing service and escalates as needed.
• Performs routine cleaning and inventory and inspects basic medical equipment.
• Adheres to customer service policies and lean processes; works with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
