You will respond to clinical requests, monitor equipment, perform routine cleaning and inventory, and follow standard customer-service policies while adhering to lean processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• BLS Healthcare Provider within 30 days of hire; CPR/first aid preferred.
• Telemetry or CNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to clinical support requests and determine the nature and scope of issues.
• Monitor clinical areas for equipment needing service and escalate as needed.
• Perform routine cleaning and inventory; conduct visual inspections of basic medical equipment.
• Follow customer service policies and lean processes to improve efficiency.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and exercise decisive judgment.
