Job summary

Almac Group is seeking a Project Coordinator – Extended Outsourcing for Groton, CT. This onsite role supports client global clinical supply through transactional and project activities within defined scope, using multiple validated systems and tools.

The position emphasizes documentation, data entry, and coordination with client staff to ensure quality and timely execution of tasks. The ideal candidate brings a high school diploma or equivalent, with additional degree or relevant experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Bachelor's with 6+ months customer or community service experience or Associate with 2+ years, or HS/GED with 4+ years.
• Experience working in ERP computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Utilize client tools and systems to provide transactional support.
• Document management of physical and electronic GMP documents.
• Generate reports from multiple systems and manage shared mailbox items.
• Partner with client staff for transactional and project activities within scope.
• Track stock, create Drug Plans and trackers, and support QA reviews.
