Job summary

Almac Group in Souderton, PA is seeking a Project Coordinator, Support Services to help manage customer projects across the life cycle. The role involves coordinating tasks in the Support Services and Close Out areas, backing up colleagues as needed, and liaising with Finance to resolve invoice inquiries.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s or Associate degree with relevant experience or a HS/GED with several years in customer service, and a strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s with 6+ months customer and/or community service experience, or Associate degree with 2+ years’ work experience, or HS / GED with 4+ years’ work experience.
• Strong customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform specific tasks in area of expertise as defined below (Support Services or Close Out related tasks).
• Act as a backup when required in any area defined below (Support Services or Close Out related tasks).
• Liaise with Finance and other departments as needed to investigate and reconcile invoice queries.
