Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (Practice or Education) required.
- Alaska RN license or Washington RN license upon hire.
- 5+ years of nursing experience in an acute care setting.
- 3+ years of clinical practice development, quality, or education experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead teams in developing and implementing evidence-based nursing and clinical practices.
- Collaborate with Nursing and Operations leaders, Educators, Quality and Safety, Infection Prevention, Supply Chain, and Physicians.
- Provide expert consultation on nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
- Help implement communication strategies for clinical changes and improve patient outcomes.
