Job summary
Providence North Division is seeking a Clinical Program Manager RN to lead nursing practice, quality initiatives, and clinical improvement across the division. The role is onsite in Seattle, WA, reporting to the North Division Clinical Programs team.
The candidate will collaborate with Nursing and Operations leaders, Educators, Quality and Safety, Infection Prevention, and Physicians to implement evidence-based nursing and clinical practices, ensuring regulatory compliance and improved patient
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required.
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (Practice or Education) required.
- Washington RN license upon hire.
- 5 years of nursing experience in an acute care setting.
- 3 years in clinical practice development, quality, or education.
Responsibilities
- Lead teams to develop and implement evidence-based nursing and clinical practices.
- Collaborate with Nursing and Operations leaders, Educators, Quality and Safety, Infection Prevention, Supply Chain, and Physicians.
