Job summary

Providence North Division is seeking a Clinical Program Manager RN to lead nursing practice, quality initiatives, and clinical improvement across the division. You will collaborate with Nursing and Operations leaders, Educators, Quality and Safety, Infection Prevention, Supply Chain, and Physicians to implement evidence-based nursing standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Master’s Degree in Nursing (Practice or Education) preferred.
Washington or Alaska RN license upon hire.
At least 5 years nursing experience in acute care.
At least 3 years in clinical practice development, quality, or education.

Responsibilities

Lead teams in developing and implementing evidence-based nursing and clinical practices.
Collaborate with Nursing and Operations leaders, Educators, Quality and Safety, Infection Prevention, Supply Chain and Physicians.
