Qualifications

• PharmD or PharmBS from ACPE-accredited school.
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist licenses in listed states.

• Experience delivering high-level customer service and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, and verify prescriptions for accuracy and compliance.
• Evaluate patient records and regimens for safe specialty therapy management.
• Provide comprehensive patient counseling on specialty medications.
• Monitor therapies and recommend clinical interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seamless patient care.
• Oversee pharmacy technicians and ensure regulatory compliance.
