• Assists with customer relations.
• Checks the fax error log from the day before to ensure reports are delivered.
• Requests clinical histories as requested by pathologists.
• Assists pathologists with outside ancillary reports.
• Assists pathologists with amendments and addendum reports.
• Performs other tasks as requested by the manager.
