Job summary

Medimaps Group, a leader in AI-powered medical imaging for bone health, is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to support US customers remotely. You will onboard and educate clinicians, deliver engaging product demonstrations, and provide ongoing clinical and technical support across the US while collaborating with Sales, Client Care, R&D and Quality & Regulatory teams.

You will help turn imaging insights into clinical value by training users, documenting workflows, and gathering feedback to

Qualifications

Associate degree in Radiology/Imaging or related field required; Bachelor’s preferred.
2+ years as an imaging modality trainer in a hospital setting.
Hands-on experience with X-Ray and DXA; CT or trauma imaging a plus.
Strong PACS and EMR knowledge and GDP in documentation.
Experience in regulated medical devices or healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

Lead clinical onboarding, education and training for US customers and distributors.
Deliver product demonstrations and provide clinical expertise to support Sales.
Provide ongoing clinical and technical support and troubleshoot issues.
Develop and maintain training materials, user guides and procedures.
Analyze imaging workflows and identify usability and workflow improvements.
Capture user feedback and collaborate with internal teams to meet needs.
Maintain documentation in line with Quality Management System and regulatory requirements.
