Qualifications

• 7 years related experience or a Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related experience.
• Fluency and skills in hardware, software and database administration, including development, maintenance, testing and evaluation.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage time, tasks and priorities; handle complex issues.
• Strong communications skills to convey complex information at all levels.
• Experience documenting, reporting and applying metrics to measure performance.
• Ability to implement new releases and upgrades.
• Collaborative work with senior staff across departments.

Responsibilities

• Designs and maintains software, hardware and databases for imaging systems at various complexity levels.
• Ensure data integrity, data utilization, file management and workflow integration.
• Troubleshoot escalated issues of moderate complexity with research as needed.
• Work on project teams to customize functions, implement software algorithms, integrate systems and conduct QA tests.
• Designs and conducts training in workflows, hardware and OS to improve user productivity.
• Stay current on regulations and trends in clinical imaging and propose complex solutions.
