• Knowledge of standard nutrition assessment methods and care planning.
• Ability to educate patients and staff on nutrition practices.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards for dietetics in healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to the healthcare team and educate patients, residents, staff, and consultants.
• Follow Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards of practice and facility regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to set up procedures related to dining service and nutrition.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement programs.
