Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of administrative support in an academic/healthcare setting.
• Experience with EPIC, MS Office, and HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced administrative support for faculty and care teams.
• Coordinate intake/triage, scheduling, and documentation for patients and families.
• Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel, and correspondence.
• Serve as liaison with internal/external partners including referring providers and labs.
• Support academic activities and prepare materials for meetings and travel.
• Assist with new hire processes and department operations.
