Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a full-time Clinic/Practice Assistant on-site at Newton-Wellesley Hospital, located at 981 Worcester Street, Wellesley, MA. The role supports administrative and clinical functions, coordinating patient visits, check-in/check-out, billing, and records management while ensuring a high-quality patient experience.

The position runs Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm with free parking at this location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Office experience 2-3 years required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine administrative and clerical duties relating to a clinical service or physician practice office.
• Make patient appointments and maintain appointment records.
• Greet and assist patients.
• Answer telephones, assist callers with routine inquiries, and schedule appointments.
• Process patient billing forms and scan documents to patient medical record/LMR.
• May monitor patients in waiting room and respond to needs for information.
