• Must be highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to handle high-demand hospital needs.

Responsibilities

• Coder: Generates census of daily office visits and applies CPT/ICD-10 coding; resolves discrepancies with clinic staff and Billing Office.
• Chart Reviewer: Reviews clinic charts for completeness and notes deficiencies.
• Filing/Scanning: Scans and uploads records into the electronic health record system.
