Responsibilities

• Assist with device setup, replacement, and hardware installations.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting using console access when required.
• Document service activities and communicate updates to the service delivery team.
• Follow client IT policies and security procedures while performing onsite tasks.

Role Overview

This is a contract‑based, on‑demarc position, meaning work assignments will be provided as and when support is required. Availability and responsiveness are essential for this role.

• Engineers will be contacted via phone or email when support is required

• No guaranteed number of working hours
