Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in client services, account management, project management, trade shows, events, or experiential marketing.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency with NetSuite, Workfront, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and budgeting, planning and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Account Managers and Project Managers.
• Manage key client relationships and ensure high-quality service.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Support client retention, growth, and satisfaction.
• Lead client status meetings and business reviews.
• Develop strategic account plans and proposals.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Maintain CRM records and monitor activity.
