• Act as a liaison between the registered representatives and clients.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and prepare meeting materials.
• Aid registered representatives in preparing client illustrations, graphs, charts, reports for presentations and meetings.
• Prepare and complete client paperwork and follow-up tasks to support representatives.
• Spend time with clients by phone, virtual visits, and in person to ensure service levels.
• Organize client events and follow up tasks.
