Qualifications

• The candidate must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in administrative, customer service, client support, or office operations.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to learn new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between financial advisors and clients with high service levels.
• Answer calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
• Prepare client materials, presentations, reports, and charts.
• Process and complete client paperwork accurately and follow up as needed.
• Communicate with clients via phone, virtual, and in-person meetings.
• Coordinate client events and post-event follow-up.
• Maintain accurate client records and compliance documentation.
• Perform proactive outreach for time-sensitive activities (RMDs, reviews).
• Educate clients on account services and technology solutions.
• Support implementation of new tools and processes.
