The role emphasizes phone/email outreach and hands-on client interaction. You will identify quality candidates, build client relationships, and strategize service delivery plans while mentoring candidates and ensuring satisfaction.

• Two years in a client-facing role.
• Two years in a role with monthly quotas or sales goals.
• Proven ability to resolve customer and employee issues creatively and effectively.
