Job summary

FELFEL is hiring in New York City for a full-time onsite role, combining hospitality with food-tech expertise. You will welcome employees at the fridge, demo the FELFEL app, and support feature launches while maintaining pristine displays.

Travel between NYC offices is routine, with a focus on delivering warm, professional customer experiences. You will handle on-site service, support tickets, and event coordination with the AM team, contributing to account health and growth.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in customer-facing roles (customer success, hospitality, food service, retail) in fast-paced environments.
• Passionate about food and hospitality; can create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Excellent communication in person and in writing; comfortable with Google Workspace, ticketing systems, and mobile apps.
• Willing to travel between NYC client sites and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Onsite Experience: welcome customers, share food stories, explain origins of dishes, highlight seasonal specialties.
• Support customers using the FELFEL fridge and app; perform demos, answer questions, gather feedback, troubleshoot.
• Audit fridge merchandising; maintain product presentation; coordinate with Operations.
• Co-lead account launches and maintain on-site presence post-launch.
• Plan and execute client events with AM team; manage inventory for activations.
