FELFEL is a modern corporate catering solution in New York City offering chef-made, ultra-fresh meals via smart fridges for offices. We’re seeking a friendly, detail-oriented onsite specialist to greet employees, share dish stories, run tastings and ensure each fridge looks appealing.

You will work onsite across NYC, support accounts, and collaborate with Account Managers. 1–2 years in customer-facing roles and the ability to lift 25 lbs are required. Start ASAP.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in customer success or hospitality or other customer-facing roles.
• Passionate about food and hospitality.
• Comfortable with digital tools and everyday apps.

Responsibilities

• Be the on-site face of FELFEL at client offices and warmly welcome customers.
• Conduct product demos, answer questions, gather feedback, and troubleshoot issues.
• Audit fridge merchandising to FELFEL standards and maintain product presentation.
• Co-lead all account launches and maintain presence after launch.
• Plan client events with AM team and manage supplies and signage.
• Train service staff to meet FELFEL hospitality standards.
