Harnden Construction Services, LLC, a heavy-civil site contractor, seeks a Project Manager or Project Engineer to lead diverse landfill and earthwork projects across MD/VA/PA from our Harrisburg, PA office. Responsibilities include estimating, startup planning, cost control, and client coordination.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of PM experience in civil construction, a related degree, and proficiency with Civil 3D/Bluebeam, plus familiarity with HCSS.

Formación

• Minimum 2–5 years of project management experience in civil/site construction preferred.
• Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field preferred; experience considered.
• Ability to read civil drawings and specs including earthwork, utilities, and E&S controls.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam and AutoCAD Civil 3D required; familiarity with HCSS HeavyBid and HeavyJob.
• Knowledge of surveying/GPS equipment is a plus; U.S. citizen for restricted site access.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare complete estimates for landfill-related project pursuits.
• Develop project startup and schedule of value; review drawings and specs.
• Price scope changes and manage supplier/subcontract proposals and subcontracts.
• Maintain project schedule; track progress and costs; conduct site reviews.
• Complete monthly invoices and WIP analyses; coordinate permits.
