Job summary

Harnden Construction Services, LLC. is a heavy-civil site contractor serving the Mid-Atlantic region. We are adding to our project management team to handle a range of construction projects from >$1M to $20M across MD, VA, and PA.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and be a team player. This is based at our corporate office in Harrisburg, PA, with background check and drug testing required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years PM experience in civil/site construction preferred.
• Two- or four-year degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Understanding of civil drawings and specs including earthwork, utilities, and E&S controls.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a complete and comprehensive estimate for landfill-related projects.
• Develop initial project schedule and value billing formats.
• Manage project schedule and cost analysis with Superintendent and Owner/Prime Contractor.
• Review and price scope changes and prepare required documentation.
• Travel to project meetings and conduct site reviews.
