Responsibilities

• Lead site leadership meetings, KPI tracking, and issue resolution.
• Design and deliver lean training programs for staff and management.
• Oversee CI project management, benefits realization, and documentation.
• Lead weekly productivity meetings and cross-department collaboration.
• Support ISO compliance and safe operations.
