Job summary

Penn Color in Hatfield, PA is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead Lean Six Sigma and operational excellence across our global manufacturing network. This hands-on, data-driven role partners with production, engineering, quality and maintenance to drive transformational change, reduce waste and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of process improvement in manufacturing.
Proven Lean Six Sigma leadership experience.
Experience in operations environments with cross-functional impact.
Strong communication and change management skills.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (~15%).

Responsibilities

Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives using DMAIC methodologies.
Develop and execute CI projects across manufacturing and business ops.
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive engagement and execution.
Establish and monitor KPIs and savings.metrics for lasting impact.
Mentor teams and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
