Job summary

You will plan, coordinate, and deliver initiatives requiring cross-team collaboration, manage risks, and provide end-to-end visibility on scope, schedule, and cost. Responsibilities include facilitating kick-offs, status reviews, change controls, tollgates, dependency management, and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of End-2-End Project/change Management experience
• Release and change manager experience.
• Good Project Management Skills, ability to lead a team and drive to results
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Strong project financial management skills
• Guides projects through all phases, ensuring required standards and processes are followed, required documents are completed, and required tracking systems are kept updated

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver defined deliverables across multiple teams.
• Facilitate kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and issue resolution; provide status updates to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with Enterprise Change Management standards and project documentation.
• Provide project status/metrics and escalate issues to senior leaders when needed
