• Perform preventive maintenance on boilers, chillers, pumps, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate repairs or service requests.
• Respond to alarms and prioritize critical failures; document activity.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams; manage supply inventories.
