Qualifications

• This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years in environmental services, hazmat response, or related field.
• Valid Class A CDL with an acceptable driving record and an unrestricted driver's license is required.
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT and other regulatory guidelines is essential.
• OSHA 40-Hour HazWoper Certification is required, plus ability to pass DOT and Hazmat exams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a small team of technicians and drivers for industrial cleaning, environmental services, and emergency spill response.
• Lead field staff, ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance, and manage on-call deployments.
• Oversee equipment readiness, preventive maintenance, and timely reporting of defects.
• Assist with safe operation and maintenance of vacuum trucks and related tools.
• Create and submit job reports, vehicle logs, and project documentation.
