Ambipar is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to join our on-site team in a full-time role. The successful candidate will safely operate tractor-trailer or straight trucks, transport waste materials, and ensure compliance with DOT and Hazmat requirements.

The position requires driving experience, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to travel up to 40%. A clean driving record and the ability to pass physicals are essential for consideration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid CDL A or B and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass DOT and Hazmat medical examinations.
• Experience driving tractor-trailer or straight trucks in a safety-focused environment.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate tractor-trailer or straight truck in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Use vacuum trucks to transport liquids, sludge, and solids with proper containment.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload roll-off containers within weight limits and site protocols.
• Handle hazardous and non-hazardous materials per federal/state guidelines.
• Utilize electronic logs (eLogs) to track hours and compliance.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment safety.
• Report issues or incidents promptly to dispatch to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Follow routes and schedules using GPS for timely deliveries.
