Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in environmental services, hazmat response, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities when interacting with customers, regulators, direct reports, and managers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER Certification and ability to pass DOT and Hazmat physicals.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a small team of technicians and drivers performing industrial cleaning and environmental services.
• Ensures adherence to safety regulations and company policies, including OSHA, EPA, and DOT guidelines.
• Manages on-call response operations and coordinates resources for scheduled and emergency deployments.
• Oversees equipment readiness, maintenance, and timely reporting of defects or issues.
• Creates and submits required documentation such as job reports, logs, and incident reports.
