Harbor Foods in Lacey, WA is seeking a Category Coordinator to support the Harbor Category Management team. The role is onsite in Lacey with a 3-day workweek and a 2-day hybrid option after training, offering a compensation range of $25-29 per hour DOE.

Qualifications

• College degree in business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field.
• Working knowledge of the convenience distribution industry and/or wholesale/retail/supplier environments.
• Experience in product management and/or merchandising or related administrative roles may substitute for a degree.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and present reporting to support SKU maintenance and rationalization.
• Consolidate files for vendor meetings and negotiations; assist with marketing & contract trackers.
• Update marketing use ledgers and coordinate billing of incremental elements.
• Own monthly deals and processing of CM approved New Item & Deal forms.
• Support blanket order maintenance for extended lead-time items.
• Collaborate to ensure program compliance orders are maintained and objectives met.
• Process contract order data and prepare program order uploads for customer service.
• Assist with vendor coordination for Harbor events.
