Job summary

Harbor Wholesale is seeking a Category Coordinator to support the Category Management team in a fast-paced, demanding environment. The position is onsite in Lacey, WA three days per week with a hybrid option after full training.

You will analyze reporting to assist SKU maintenance and rationalization, consolidate files for vendor meetings, and validate marketing contracts. Collaborative, highly organized candidates with strong Excel skills will thrive here.

Qualifications

• College degree in business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in wholesale, retail, or supplier environment preferred.
• Proficient with MS Excel and reporting basics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and present reporting to support SKU maintenance and rationalization.
• Consolidate files for vendor meetings and negotiations.
• Validate marketing contracts and trackers with CM coordination.
• Update marketing use ledgers with Promotional Analyst.
• Own monthly deals and New Item & Deal form processing.
• Support extended lead-time item blanket order maintenance.
• Coordinate program orders with Sales and customer service.
• Drive process improvements and document category tasks.
• Manage donation requests for retail and Harbor events.
• Assist vendor coordination and event support.
