Qualifications

• Experience leading healthcare operations and supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of ambulatory operations, staffing and basic healthcare finance.
• Proven ability to manage teams, resolve conflicts and drive performance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard clinic systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily clinic operations at Gig Harbor and Silverdale sites.
• Oversee scheduling, timecards, and coverage planning for staff.
• Resolve patient concerns using service recovery techniques and identify improvements.
• Mentor clinical and administrative staff to promote growth and engagement.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement clinic-based improvements.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control.
