Sila in Moses Lake, WA is seeking a Project Engineer on the Capital Projects Team to drive the execution of small site-specific capital projects from inception through commissioning. You will bridge design engineering and field execution, overseeing the technical integrity of site construction and ensuring seamless integration of new process units into our facility operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in capital project management and field execution.
• 3–6+ years of relevant project experience in industrial manufacturing, chemical processing, refining, or heavy industrial construction.
• 100% on-site role based in Moses Lake, WA; relocation if needed.
• Strong knowledge of piping, structural steel, mechanical equipment installation, and utility systems.
• Experience tracking schedules and budgets with MS Project or Primavera.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Small Capital Projects: manage scope, budget, schedule, execution, and commissioning.
• Site Integration: oversee technical integration of new process units and utility tie-ins.
• Field Technical Authority: be the on-site technical contact for crews and vendors.
• Design Verification: review P&IDs, layouts, piping isometrics for constructability.
• QA/QC & Compliance: coordinate inspections, testing, and code compliance.
• RFI & Submittal Management: resolve RFIs and review vendor submittals.
• Interdepartmental Liaison: connect Design, Operations, Maintenance, and General Contractors.
• Commissioning & Handover: lead pre-commissioning, punch lists, and handover to Operations.
• Change Management: drive MOC processes ensuring safety and design reviews are completed.
