Job summary

Technical Source is seeking a CAPEX Project Manager for an engineering firm serving the pharmaceutical industry in North Carolina. The role will be onsite in the Greenville-Washington area and involves managing multiple CAPEX projects from planning through execution and handover.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and 3–7 years of PM experience in regulated manufacturing, with strong knowledge of cGMP and IQ/OQ/PQ. Compensation will scale with experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3-7 years of project management experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, CDMO, or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of cGMP, cleanroom environments, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and IQ/OQ/PQ.
• Strong skills in project scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple CAPEX projects from planning through execution, commissioning, and handover.
• Oversee project scope, budgets, schedules, forecasts, and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Lead facility expansions, cleanroom builds, equipment installations, and process upgrades.
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, cGMP, regulatory, and financial objectives.
