• Coordinate design, procurement, construction, and startup activities across phases.
• Ensure GMP, FDA, safety, and quality compliance throughout execution.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Manage external contractors, vendors, and engineering partners.
• Drive continuous improvement for facility performance and reliability.
