Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 7 years engineering experience, including 2 years supporting CAPEX in pharma/chemical industries.
• Experience with project controls, budgeting, scheduling, and contract management.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GxP, QA in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Proven leadership managing contractors, vendors and external resources.
• Working knowledge of HSE requirements and safe project execution.
• Broad interdisciplinary engineering knowledge with problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead CAPEX projects from concept through commissioning within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Manage cross-functional teams to support manufacturing and operational objectives.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource strategies for successful outcomes.
• Coordinate design, procurement, construction, and startup activities across project phases.
• Ensure GMP, FDA, safety and quality requirements throughout project execution.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Manage external contractors, vendors, and engineering partners.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance facility performance, reliability, and efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership and engineering expertise for complex manufacturing projects.
• Deliver clear project updates and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
