Qualifications

• 7 years of experience managing multiple construction projects.
• 2 years experience in educational facility design and construction.
• BA/BS in Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, Construction Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Review and summarize project data and status.
• Monitor, report, and provide solutions to Project Director and PMO.
• Coordinate with College, Design Team and contractors to develop phasing and swing space plans.
• Oversee close-out of Campus Projects for DSAs, Districts and PMO compliance.
