Job summary

Associa seeks an onsite Community Association Manager I for a condo community in Willowbrook, IL. You will supervise operations, coordinate with homeowners, boards, vendors and Associa staff, attend board meetings, prepare agendas and management reports, and ensure contractual compliance.

The ideal candidate has CAM license for Illinois, proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of HOA/property management, and strong communication, organization and confidentiality skills.

Qualifications

• Illinois CAM license is required.
• Experience in condominium/community associations preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to plan, organize, and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client associations to attend board meetings and events.
• Prepare agendas, management reports and board meeting materials.
• Prepare annual disclosure packages and notices for homeowners.
• Update association information in systems and files.
• Oversee inspection of facilities and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Supervise staff and coordinate with vendors and board members.
