You will handle a high volume of inbound calls, document interactions, and assist teammates while resolving customer concerns with top-notch service. Strong communication and Windows-based PC skills are important.

Qualifications

• Must have weekend and night availability; part-time hours required.
• This is not a remote position; on-site in Downtown Chicago is required.
• Experience with Windows-based PC hardware and software; strong technical troubleshooting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
