Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Buyer II in West Chester, PA to manage direct materials and supplier relationships. You will use ERP/MRP tools to plan materials, place purchase orders, and drive on-time delivery for precision motor manufacturing.

The role emphasizes data analysis, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of manufacturing purchasing experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with international suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or operations or equivalent.
• 3–5 years purchasing, planning, materials management, or supply chain in manufacturing.
• Strong ERP/MRP experience with material planning and PO execution.
• Experience managing international suppliers and improving delivery performance.
• Proficient in Excel for large data analysis and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement for direct material suppliers and commodities, incl. RFQ, PO placement, supplier commitments and expediting.
• Use ERP/MRP outputs to manage material requirements and mitigate supply risks.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships focused on delivery, quality, and responsiveness.
• Monitor lead times, inventory exposure, and open orders to prevent shortages.
