Regal Rexnord is seeking a Buyer II for onsite procurement to support production and customer requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to set purchasing priorities, negotiate with vendors, and drive inventory reduction and cost savings.

The role emphasizes forecasting, min/max stock levels, and alignment with Regal Rexnord’s operational objectives. Onsite role with regional office presence and standard benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Manages procurement of materials and services to support production and customer needs.
• Collaborates with Scheduling, Engineering, CS, and Product Management to set priorities.
• Drives cost savings through supplier negotiations and lean purchasing.
• Forecasts, stocking levels, and min/max with vendors.
• Supports invoice reconciliation and supplier performance reviews.
• Mentors Buyer I to align with objectives.

Responsibilities

• Place purchase orders and confirm delivery with suppliers; expedite as needed.
• Consult with internal stakeholders to determine parts and service needs and priorities.
• Drive inventory reduction and cost savings through lean tools and supplier negotiations.
• Prepare RFQs and respond to solicitations from potential suppliers.
• Monitor open purchase orders and supplier performance; resolve issues.
