Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions, a leading HR technology and services provider, seeks a Business Consultant to drive new business through networking, channel partners, and self-generated opportunities. You will own the full sales cycle, negotiate pricing and scope, and finalize client service agreements.

You will maintain a robust sales pipeline, forecast diligently, and consistently meet or exceed quotas. Frequent domestic travel to client sites and events is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; at least two years of sales experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to learn other apps.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities within designated territory.
• Manage entire sales cycle from prospecting to final terms with clients.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast; meet monthly/quarterly/annual quotas.
• Travel domestically to client sites, conferences, and events as needed.
