Job summary

Dewpoint is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to partner with stakeholders and technology teams to define and deliver technology solutions that improve processes and efficiency. This role focuses on requirements management, stakeholder facilitation, and UAT, serving as the bridge between business needs and technical delivery to ensure solutions meet objectives.

On-site Lansing, Michigan, no remote option, W2 only.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional Business Analyst experience.
Experience supporting software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Proven ability to gather and document requirements.
Strong facilitation and communication skills.
Ability to create clear, testable requirements and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements elicitation sessions with business stakeholders, SMEs, and tech teams.
Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
Create process maps and workflow diagrams with Visio or Lucidchart.
Support UAT and assist with test scenario development.
Coordinate issue resolution between business and technical teams.
Maintain requirements traceability across the project lifecycle.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to build consensus.
Present findings and recommendations to leadership.
