Job summary

First Roles in Michigan is seeking a Test Analyst to provide testing support for public-facing applications serving residents of Michigan. You will develop, execute, and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure quality, accuracy, and reliability of updates.

On-site requirements include Wednesdays and Thursdays; candidates must be located in Michigan with local relocation as needed. This is a 1-year contract with emphasis on UAT, defect tracking, and collaboration with the QA/BA team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience conducting comprehensive software testing activities.
• Experience creating and managing test cases in Agile projects.
• 2+ years communicating testing impacts to senior management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Identify, document, track defects with clear communication.
• Validate changes to support DTMB standards and agency goals.
