Transit Management of Charlotte Inc. is seeking a Bus Operations Training Manager to lead the design, delivery, and day-to-day administration of bus operations training programs, including new hire, refresher, and remedial training. The role emphasizes safety, ADA compliance, and adherence to agency standards.

The position involves supervising instructors, managing training records, and collaborating with Bus Operations and Safety teams to drive continuous improvement and operational readiness.

Formación

• Must have knowledge of Bus operating rules and procedures, practices, and regulations related to passenger operations.
• Working knowledge of ADA regulations and operations, including vehicle operations, safety, and training.
• Principles of training, motivation, supervision, and personnel management.
• Principles and techniques of curriculum planning, testing, and training program development.

Responsabilidades

• Manage bus operations training programs for new hires and other bus operator training activities.
• Oversee day-to-day delivery of bus operations training, including classroom, behind-the-wheel, field, and other instructional components.
• Support continuous improvement of bus training programs to maintain consistency, effectiveness, and operational relevance.
• Supervise assigned bus operations training supervisors and instructional staff and provide direction, coaching, and performance oversight.
